  • Provide strategic leadership and management of Concierge, Housekeeping, and Property Management teams spread across 9 islands throughout the Caribbean (Abaco, Anguilla, Grand Cayman, Nassau, Nevis, Riviera Maya, St. Barth’s, Turks & Caicos, and Virgin Gorda.)
  • Recommend and facilitate approximately $2 million dollars annually in capital allocations in order to maintain and enhance the company assets consisting of 54 residences in the Caribbean region.
  • Negotiated an unprecedented contract with a local supermarket to procure and deliver all groceries for Members daily and upon request at no cost resulting in cost savings, reduction of staffing requirements, and enhanced services for Members.
  • Elected as Board Member of The Palms Strata with support from the developer, The Hartling Group, along with Resort management and other prominent owners.
